Dr. Jeffrey L Philpott - Global Higher Education Expert

Dr. Jeffrey L. Philpott is a higher education executive, academic leader, and consultant who has been involved in decades of institutional transformation. Known for his expertise in academic quality, student success, international partnerships, and organizational strategy, Dr. Jeffrey L. Philpott has guided universities through periods of growth, innovation, and change while maintaining a commitment to student-centered learning.

Between 2005 and 2009, Dr. Philpott served as vice president for student affairs at Hawaii Pacific University. In this role, he was involved in international outreach, traveling extensively across Europe and Asia to develop educational partnerships and helped establish programs designed to expand global student access and success.

He later joined SUNY College of Optometry as vice president for student affairs and international programs. In this position, he designed co-curricular learning initiatives, implemented assessment frameworks, and led policy development related to student progress and discipline.
